When Andy had his KSS in the shed last, I found lots of things that needed repair.
It's drive side main bearing had seized, spun on the main shaft, hammered against the case and cracked it, and hammered against the flywheel, wearing a big groove in it. Also the cam and cam followers needed resurfacing , and loads of other things that made it not ideal if he intended on riding it at all.
First thing for me to do was pull the engine out of the KSS , and completely strip it, and carefully inspect the bits for what repairs were needed.
